80/20 is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with a proven history creating innovative applications on both traditional and emerging platforms. You will be central to designing some of the world’s most recognized and admired products and services.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to translate business problems and requirements into compelling, innovative design solutions.
• Explore solutions via high-level conceptual models, schematics and interaction prototypes.
• Craft visual design systems that elaborate functionality in innovative and useful ways while aligning with brand strategy.
• Author documentation that enables clients and engineering teams to easily understand interaction and visual design requirements.
• Promote a constructive environment for idea exploration and creativity.

Requirements

• An exceptional portfolio that showcases innovative approaches to experience design.
• Five or more years experience designing for large-scale web applications, desktop software and, ideally, mobile devices and interactive television.
• Keen awareness of and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and platforms.
